Length of Stay Requirements: Some of our properties have unique length of stay requirements such as seven day minimum and or only Saturday to Saturday bookings during peak season. Please check the calendar for specific length of stay requirements per individual property.
Cancellation Terms: If you cancel 31 > or more days prior to your date of arrival a fee of $250.00 USD (per reservation) will be applied and the remaining deposit will be refunded. You must receive written confirmation of the cancellation from one of our team members for this to be valid.
Reservations become NON-REFUNDABLE 30 < days prior to the scheduled arrival date of a reservation.
Guests may elect to purchase travel insurance which will cover nearly all cancellations. If a guest has purchased travel insurance and they need to cancel, the guest must seek reimbursement from the travel insurance provider. We are not permitted to negotiate this on behalf of our guests.
