Welcome to Lingerlonger in Watercolor which was voted the #1 Family Resort by Travel and Leisure and is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! Lingerlonger is situated on a quiet corner lot in Phase II of Watercolor only a block away from the Camp Pool. It has a private screened stair entry off the alley and to the left of the garage doors. The space offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer and incredible accommodations for 2 adults (plus 1-2 small children with a pack-n-play included). A 4-seater Golf Cart), 2 Trek Pure Bikes and a Burley Child Trailer are also included with Lingerlonger.

The full kitchen is perfectly equipped with top of the line stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf oven/stove, a microwave, dishwasher and full refrigerator. There are plenty of pots, pans, utensils and bakeware for a wonderful dinner before jumping in the golf cart to watch the unbelievable unsets here.

In the living room, there is a sleeper sofa and two comfortable chairs with coffee table and a large mounted smart TV. There is a dining area featuring bar height seating for 2 guests along with seating for two more guests at a barrel table.

The living room and bedroom are divided by beautifully stained barn doors which can stay open for a wonderful flow or closed to separate the private bedroom.

The bedroom has a luxurious upholstered king size bed, tempur-pedic mattress, smart TV, dresser with ample storage space and a vanity area. There is a large wall of windows which invites ample, natural light and keeps the rooms bright and airy with beautiful views of the Cypress Pond across the street.

Guests staying with us in Watercolor will have special access to the newly expanded Watercolor Beach Club which features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool with infinity edge, and additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well as an enhanced Watercolor Grill, Costa Chica Restaurant and a new sunset bar. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Watercolor Guests also have access to the Camp Watercolor facility, only a block away, which has three water features. One is a family pool with slide, another has zero entry for small children with a smaller slide and then there is the lazy river to enjoy. There is also a cabana bar and an outdoor quick food restaurant. There are 3 other available pools in the beautiful Watercolor area.

Numerous other activities are walking trails, basketball court, soccer field, play ground, bike riding, boat house w/ yolo boards and kayaks for rent, tennis/pickle ball courts, and bocce ball. All amenities are a short walk, golf cart ride or bike ride away.

You can enjoy ample restaurants in the evening by golf cart and/or by car. We will have a list for you when you arrive since there are way too many to list and describe. Seaside has very limited parking, so the golf cart is perfect for a night out.

* No pets, no smoking, no party/big gatherings and no more than 4 family members are allowed at Lingerlonger. If this policy is violated, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA community fines.

* Club Fees are 16.00 per night and includes access to: Beach, Beach Club, Camp Watercolor, Frog Pool, Boathouse Pool and Phase IV Pool.
