About the area 

The community of WaterColor offers four community pools, a pay-per-play tennis center, bike and hiking trails, and access to world famous Gulf of Mexico beaches. The Town Center of WaterColor features restaurants with indoor and al fresco dining options, quaint shops, upscale dining, and plenty of pedestrian friendly sidewalks. Bicycles are a popular way to get around the area, and are available for rent. Please ask the management company how to arrange for delivery of rental bicycles at the time of booking.

Layout of the home

Located on the first floor of the home is the master suite, kitchen, living room, and dining area. Two large, screened in patios are on just off the living room and the master bedroom. Authentic wood floors flow throughout the home and truly give the home a warm feeling. Attention to detail can be found throughout the home with exposed wood beams, crown molding, high ceilings, 8 foot tall Andersen interior doors, and shiplap planking on interior walls throughout the home. The kitchen features white granite counter-tops, a gas Kitchenaid stove, and tons of cabinet space. 

Two additional king bedroom suites are located upstairs and have their own private en-suite bathrooms. Both of these bedrooms are professionally designed with high quality finishes, and all beds are prepared with premium linens found in high end hotel chains such as Ritz Carlton, and Hilton. 

After a great day at the beach, guests can relax on the exterior patio swings or chairs to enjoy the the evening breeze. For dinner options; Consider The Boat House, just a short stroll away. Eateries and boutiques are close by for your enjoyment as well. The Publix grocery store and US Post Office at WaterColor Crossings is also just a half mile away.
