Layout of the Home

First Floor:

Foyer, elevator, 2 king suites with en-suite bathrooms. Game room with wet bar and wine cooler (convertible to private bedroom with full-sized fold out memory foam couch). Laundry room with new front load washer (and mini washer), and front load dryer. 

Second Floor:

Two king master suites with pillow top mattresses (one with private balcony featuring seating and lounging) and private bathrooms complete with soaking tubs and showers. There is also a private bunk room with 4 twin bunks located in main master suite. This bunk room has a door for privacy, it’s own television and closet as well. The main master suite features a large walk in closet comes with a small crib. Ample storage and common area.

Third Floor:

One bunk room with 2 sets of bunks (2 twins and 2 full), full bathroom, ample closets, fully appointed gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a convenient breakfast bar. Dining room, living room, large private balcony with natural gas grill and gulf views complete this level.

Don't Worry, Be Happy has a two car garage and provides parking for 3 vehicles on site. No additional parking is available so please plan accordingly.

About the Area

When you're ready to hit the beach, guests have access to Destiny by the Sea's private beach by using the access gate located just a few short steps away from your front door. Rent a set of beach chairs and an umbrella and relax at the beach. Destiny by the Sea also has a clubhouse equipped with a pool, hot tub, and a gathering area for parties and events. We welcome all of our guests to take full advantage of all that Destiny by the Sea has to offer!

When you're ready to pack it up for the day, take a stroll over to the Crab Trap restaurant next door or take a short drive over to the Destin Commons for dinning, movies and shopping.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated for all winter holidays, and spring break. This is not a guarantee of the pool being heated though.

• No Smoking in the home, on the balconies, around the pool area, in the walkways, or any common areas.
• No food or drinks allowed in bedrooms. 
• Guests must sign the rental agreement. Failure to do so could result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. 
• Personal umbrellas, tents, and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Umbrellas must be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs are permitted though.
