Located on the west end of the top floor of Grand Playa, an eight unit, four story condominium, in Seagrove Beach, this unit features stunning sunset views and overlooks the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.  This beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,000 square foot unit was professionally designed.

 The renovated kitchen includes quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and all stainless steel appliances.  A built in ice maker was also installed so guests can fill up their coolers for a fun day at the beach!  All 3 bathrooms were remodeled in 2020 to include new custom cabinetry, fixtures, tile showers, and quartzite countertops.  Be sure to check out all the photos to see the renovations!

When you’re ready to explore more of Scenic 30-A,  Grayton Beach, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are just a short bicycle or golf cart ride away from Grand Playa.

Then, after a long day enjoying the beaches or exploring Scenic 30-A, come back and relax at the private beachside pool. Located on the ground level, adjacent to the beach, it is a terrific place to relax and enjoy the ambience of gulf-front living.

• Grand Playa is a non-smoking property. No Smoking in the condos, on the balconies, around the pool area, in the walkways, or any common areas.
