Beach Happy is a 4BR, 3BA home located on a 1/3 of an acre beachside lot just steps from the sugar white sands of Miramar Beach. This property is one of only 8 beach cottages located in Windancer Resort, making it a truly unique home!

This gorgeous home boasts a multitude of outdoor perks including a large fenced-in back and side yard, private pool, a pavilion with a bar and 65-inch smart TV, 4 hole putting green, extended patio, and a swing. The backyard was built with your family in mind, and it is truly a self-contained sanctuary. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from a fun day at the beach.

On the first floor, you will find the recently renovated kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, a custom coffee bar, and a laundry room. The cozy living room is open to the dining area and kitchen with plenty of room for your group to spread out. There is a full bathroom and a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds on this floor as well. Upstairs on the second floor, you will find a guest bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom, as well as the master suite with a king bed, attached bathroom, and a private balcony. Up to the third floor, there is a loft with a twin-over-full bunk bed, plus a couch and TV.

Parking for 3 compact cars or 2 larger SUV. Parking is also available in the main parking lot and please, do not park on the grass. Come experience the beach vacation of your dreams at Beach Happy!


About the area:

Beach Happy is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
