Welcome to The Beach Haus!

The Beach Haus is located on the Gulf Side of 30A in the Private community of Turtle Beach.  The Beach Haus is a 4-bedroom - 3 bathroom condo situated less than 75 yards from its private beach. 

This stunning condo offers private balconies off 3 of the 4 bedrooms, Gulf views from the living room balcony and master suite, a large community pool (which can be heated in the off-season for an additional $50.00 per night), and a private beach exclusive to residents and guests of Turtle Beach. 

Each bedroom is outfitted with premium, hotel style white linens, flat screen smart TV, and the Master Bedroom has access to the South facing balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.  The Master Bathroom offers dual sinks, jacuzzi tub, and a stand alone shower.  A separate queen guest bedroom also has a private bathroom equipped with bath/shower combo.  The second queen guest bedroom shares a jack and jill bathroom with the dual twin guest bedroom.

Entryway

Guests enter the condo from the second floor.  Upon entering the interior condo breezeway, guests take private stairs to the third level foyer where they access the condo from a private entryway.  The private foyer serves as an additional place for storage of luggage, personal belongings, and beach accessories. 

Bedroom/Bathroom Description 

Bedroom # 1 (Master Bedroom) with king bed and in-suite bathroom

Bedroom # 2 with queen bed 

Bedroom #3 with queen bed with Jack and Jill style full bathroom 

Bedroom #4 with one full bed and one twin bed with Jack and Jill style full bathroom 

Kitchen

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary plates, cups and cutlery needed to cook with during your stay.  The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and dining area which is ideal for family gatherings.  The open setting inspires entertainment and the desire to create a fun family atmosphere.  A formal dining table features seating for six and is right across from the granite topped kitchen bar which has an additional three chairs to accommodate additional guests. 

Balconies

This property was designed for enjoying the outdoors.  With three balconies that flank the front and back of the condo, they are provide excellent space for lounging or enjoying the sunrise and sunset over the Gulf of Mexico and relaxing to the sounds of the ocean. 

Beach Access

When you are ready to head to the beach, walking there is a breeze.  Less than a 75 yard walk from your condo, is a private access way to the white sand beach.  Guests can even rent beach chairs from a private vendor, located directly at the access point. 

Pool Area 

Unique to Turtle Beach is the private community pool.  Unlike many other condos in the area, The Home Owners Association at Turtle Beach allows for heating of the pool during certain winter months. This property is only one of a few that offer this feature!

About the area 

Seagrove Beach is a small, quant beach town, situated on Scenic HWY 30A.  It is located between Rosemary Beach and Seaside, FL, and is home to some of the best beaches in the world, terrific restaurants, farmers markets and more.

• Only Saturday to Saturday rentals May through Labor Day weekend. 
• Minimum renter age is 25 years old - No exceptions. 
• No Smoking in the condo, on the balconies, around the pool area, in the walkways, or any common areas.
• No food or drinks allowed in bedrooms. 
• Guests must sign the rental agreement. Failure to do so could result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.
