The community of WaterColor offers four community pools, a pay-per-play tennis center, bike and hiking trails, and access to world famous Gulf of Mexico beaches. The Town Center of WaterColor features restaurants with indoor and al fresco dining options, quaint shops, upscale dining, and plenty of pedestrian friendly sidewalks. Bicycles are a popular way to get around the area, and are available for rent. Please ask the management company how to arrange for delivery of rental bicycles at the time of booking.

Property Restrictions

Parking for 4 vehicles (This varies by vehicle size - Not all vehicles can be accommodated)
No Events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, all fines, cleaning fees, and any costs associated with the cleanup of the property will be passed on to the guest.
No pets or animals of any kind are permitted.
Max occupancy of 16 guests, no exceptions.
Minimum renter age is 25 years old - No exceptions.
This is a non-smoking property. No Smoking in the home, on the balconies, around the pool areas or at any common areas throughout the neighborhood. This includes vaping or the use of any drugs, medicinal or not.
Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through a specific vendor and will be limited to 45 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendor information provided upon booking.
