Treat Yourself, is a brand new and beautifully furnished 3 bed, 2.5 bathroom Townhome in Prominence.  This home is located in the heart of Prominence and is just a short walk to the town center, beach access, hiking trails and plenty of restaurants and dining. 

Upon entering the Townhouse, you'll notice the custom tailored up-scale beach décor that is complimented with the white-washed solid hardwood floors throughout.  The open kitchen concept features comfortable white cabinetry with touches of blue glass tile and granite counter tops that flow into the stainless steel appliances.  This modern approach to beach décor is comfortable and fresh and sure to give you a great beach experience.  The Townhouse features three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, upstairs that have all been completed with high-end luxury bedding which you won't want to leave!

Golf carts are available to rent exclusively through "30A Gulf-Carts" - A link will be provided post reservation submission for you to reserve a cart if you would like to rent one.  This is on a first come first serve basis.

Layout of the Townhouse 

First Floor: The first floor features an open living concept with an eat-in kitchen island, dining room table fit for 8, and a living room and sitting nook/game nook.  It also features a laundry room, powder bath and two car garage for easy entry and storage.  

Second Floor: The second floor is home to three bedrooms; the master suite features a luxurious king sized bed with freshly cleaned and pressed linens and an accompanying private bathroom.  There are two additional bedrooms, one that features a bunk bed with luxurious full-sized beds and high-quality bedding and an additional bedroom that features a comfortable queen sized mattress.  These two bedrooms share a bathroom along the hallway.

• Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
• Golf Cart Rentals are permitted with the following conditions: Up to 30 carts will be available to rent short term on a first come basis, ONLY from 30A Gulf Carts.  These carts are registered with the Association by 30A Golf Carts and will be identifiable. 30A Gulf-Carts will also provide a list of these carts to the HOA and security.  Carts cannot be rented short term from any other provider.  Security will turn away other vendors attempting to drop off short term rental carts in the community, and if other short term rentals are found, these are subject to fines and/or towing. 

About the area

Prominence is located in the heart of 30-A near Rosemary Beach. The location of this neighborhood is exceptional for guests looking to have a more traditional, laid back 30-A experience while being away from the busyness of Panama City Beach and other nearby vacation rental hotspots.

Rosemary Beach is located just 3.7 miles east of Prominence and can easily accessed via golf cart or by car.  The historic beachside town of Seaside is located just 5.2 miles to the west.  Guests can experience fantastic shopping and upscale dining at both locations.

Interested in exploring Florida’s state parks? Grayton Beach State Park is less than a 10 minute drive down the road and offers access to some of 30-A’s naturally occurring coastal dune lakes. Guests can pay a small fee to explore the state park, have a picnic and spend the afternoon hiking or kayaking on the coastal dune lakes.

When you’re ready to hit the town, check out Pier Park (Panama City Beach’s largest shopping mall), located 14.6 miles from Prominence. Pier Park is home to over 250 retail, dining and entertainment options.  Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Osaka Japanese Steak House & Sushi Bar, Nike, Dave & Busters, and Grand Imax Theaters, are just a few examples of what stores Pier Park has to offer.
