Thankful by The Sea was purchased in 2020 and was professionally remodeled. Inside this stunning five-bedroom, five-bathroom beach house, you will experience freshly painted rooms, modern stainless steel appliances, flat-screen smart TV's, high-speed internet, upscale beach décor, luxurious hotel-style linens, and plush towels. 

Directly off the first-floor game room is the private, fenced in back yard with a heated lap pool. The spacious back yard has enough space for up to 12 people to lounge and relax without feeling overly crowded. 

Located in the highly sought-after resort town of Miramar Beach and situated along Scenic Hwy 98, you will experience easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. While this beach home is close to local attractions, it is located on a private street with only 4 houses. Guests will appreciate the privacy and convenience of this stunning beach retreat. Another great benefit to this respite retreat is the location to the white sand beaches. Thankful by The Sea is less than 300' away from the nearest public beach access which is easy to walk to. Ample parking, public restrooms, and plenty of beach frontage for chairs and umbrellas are just a few of the great benefits guests will enjoy when staying at Thankful by The Sea. 

Careful attention was spent to create a relaxing beach style environment for guests seeking to fully enjoy gulf-side living. Thankful by The Sea features 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms which are spread out over three levels within the home. The layout of this amazing beach house provides privacy and comfort for all guests. Each floor of this beautiful beach house also has a private balcony where guests can relax while taking in the fresh sea air.

House Layout

First Floor:

Foyer, first-floor bunk room (2 queens and 2 twins), laundry room, and game room with wet bar and mini-fridge. (The game room is convertible to a private bedroom with a full-sized fold-out memory foam sleeper sofa bed). There is an en-suite bathroom located off the game room with a walk-in stone shower. A private entry to the en-suite bathroom from the pool deck is great for guests to shower off after a long day at the beach.

Second Floor:

The fully appointed gourmet kitchen is located on the second floor along with the living room, half bath, and the second-floor bedroom equipped with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Guests will love the upgraded stainless steel appliances and a convenient breakfast bar that faces the living room. This space was designed for entertaining and has plenty of space for family gatherings. A large private balcony with natural gas grill is located just off the kitchen. The balcony has plenty of outdoor seating and adequate shade during the afternoon hours.

Third Floor:

Master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom that has a jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. An additional guest suite is located at the front of the house with two double beds that also has an en-suite bathroom. There is a bunk nook with 2 bunks in the hallway (1 twin and 1 full bed). An additional half bathroom is also located in the hallway on the third floor, across from the bunk nook. 

Thankful by The Sea, has a one-car garage that guests can use for additional parking or for storing beach accessories and suitcases during their stay. The golf cart is also stored in the garage so if you would like to park here, the golf cart will need to be moved to the driveway. 

About the Area 

When you're ready to hit the beach, guests can utilize the public beach access at Pompano Joe’s which is located directly south of the property by about 300 feet. Although it’s not needed to access the beach, guests may take their car or golf cart (Available for rent at a discounted rate), to Pompano Joe’s. There is plenty of parking and more than enough space at the beach to accommodate guests without feeling cramped.

Guests may opt to rent a set of beach chairs and an umbrella or you may bring your own when relaxing at the beach. We welcome all of our guests to take full advantage of all the benefits that Thankful by The Sea has to offer!

When you're ready to pack it up for the day, take a stroll over to the many nearby restaurants within walking distance or take a short drive over to the Destin Commons for dining, movies, and shopping.
