Layout of The Home

First Floor:

The state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen caters to culinary endeavors and entertainment alike, showcasing stainless steel appliances, a spacious island, stunning tile flooring, and freshly painted cabinets. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room fosters conversation and camaraderie, while the elegant wooden table accommodates everyone during mealtime. The capacious living room, adorned with a leather sectional encircling a flat screen T.V., provides comfort and space.

The main floor also includes a guest King bedroom, appointed with a king-size suite and an exquisite bathroom featuring double vanities.

Off the family room is the pool area, a serene oasis, perfect for unwinding. Abundant patio seating awaits guests, along with a private natural gas grill—an ideal setup for grilling and poolside enjoyment. The pool itself is a marvel, spacious enough for all and adorned with a tanning ledge and floating seating for sun-soaked relaxation. Landscape lighting imparts a captivating ambiance, allowing for nighttime pool enjoyment. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee during the months of October - April.

Second Floor:

The second floor accommodates 4 additional bedrooms. The grand master bedroom offers ample space, overlooking the courtyard with a private balcony for personal solace. The Master Bathroom is a desirable retreat, boasting a capacious Jacuzzi tub and a stand-up shower. Dual sinks ensure convenience and comfort.

Down the hall, adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the courtyard, lie three more bedrooms. A lavish king guest bedroom, complete with a private full bathroom, exudes opulence. The queen bedroom and the bunk room featuring twin over twin bunks share a bathroom, each boasting private entry. The bunk rooms are thoughtfully equipped with built-in USB charging ports, catering to the tech needs of younger guests. All bedrooms are furnished with sizable flat-screen Smart TV's, high-speed WIFI access points, and new vinyl wood flooring, ensuring comfort for every family member.

This enviable, strategic location in the heart of Crystal Beach offers optimal accessibility to great restaurants, local entertainment, boutique & outlet mall shopping as well as premium golf courses, and close proximity to the Destin Commons as well as Whole Foods and other premium retailers. The home is located in the subdivision of Destiny East. This neighborhood is home to many families and is also a rental community which is ideal for guests with young families seeking to avoid the party crowd.

Restrictions

Please bear in mind there are restrictions in place as noted below. These rules are strictly enforced and any violation of these rules will result in eviction from the property, loss of rental revenue, and any fines associated with the violation.

Parking - There is allotted parking for no more than three cars at the house. Please note that if you have a large pickup truck 2500 or larger, this will take up additional room. If you arrive with 3 Suburban size vehicles and cannot fit them in the driveway, you will be required to find off-property parking for your vehicle.

You CANNOT bring an RV, boat, personal watercraft, motorcycle, ATV, party bus, trailer, or large utility style van. Please note, we cannot guarantee additional parking so please plan accordingly.

Sorry, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed.

No monthly rental discounts.

Minimum renter age is 25 years old - No exceptions.

No Smoking in the home, on the balconies, around the pool area, in the walkways, or in the common areas. This includes the use of medicinal narcotics. If you are in violation, you will be evicted.

No food or drinks allowed in bedrooms. You are responsible for stains to the linen and towels.

Guests must sign the rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach per the City of Destin.
