First Floor: Welcome Home in style with open entertaining featuring large open kitchen, living, and dining areas. The room is so large that there are two separate sitting areas. High ceilings have multiple crown moldings and subtle formal archways lead from one area to another. The living room is completed with a flat screen smart television, and rear entry to the outdoor grill and pool. The granite topped bar has raised chairs that face the open Gourmet Kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances. This setting inspires entertainment and the desire to create a fun family feast. A formal dining table features seating for 8 right across from the kitchen bar and living area. One of the charming guest bedrooms is also on the first floor with a luxurious queen sized bed and access to a full bathroom.

Second Floor: Four additional spacious bedrooms are on the second floor, which all feature their own private bathrooms and are appointed with high quality linens and amenities. Two of these are Master Suites with elegant king sized beds, private bathrooms and have access to a their own breezy balconies with fantastic gulf views. One Guest Room is a perfect kid’s room with four twin beds and plenty of room for fun and games. 

Third Floor: The entire third floor encompasses the main Master Bedroom Suite with a regal king sized bed, a beautiful bathroom and its own romantic balcony that features the best views in the home. All of the bedrooms have smart flat screen TVs for evening entertainment.

Each room has a new flat screen smart TV which guests can stream their favorite shows on. If you're traveling for work or working from home remotely, you'll love the high speed internet and Wifi access throughout the property.

Back Yard: Open door to well manicured walking and green space with a small porch featuring a gas grill and open pool deck complete with lounge chairs and space for relaxing.

This enviable, strategic location in the heart of Crystal Beach offers optimal accessibility to world class restaurants, local entertainment, boutique & outlet mall shopping as well as premium golf courses and close proximity to the Destin Commons as well as Whole Foods and other premium retailers.

- A $55.00 per day fee is automatically assessed during the months of January, February, March, April, November, and December, for pool heat.

- Allotted parking for four cars at the house. Please ask our reservation specialist's about additional parking.

- Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during the week of Thanksgiving and other holiday's.
