First Floor:

The first floor of the home has two guest suites on opposite sides of the house. The first guest suite is on the north side of the home just off the foyer. It has a king bed, a separate sleeper sofa with a full size mattress, and it’s own en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second guest suite has a king bed and a Jack and Jill style bathroom with a walk in shower. This bathroom is accessible through the living room/dining area. However, this bathroom can be locked to function as a private en-suite bathroom.

Also located on the first floor is the living room, large dining area, the galley style kitchen, laundry room, and patio access to the pool. The floor plan is great for large groups and is very open and inviting for large gatherings.

Second Floor:

The second floor features four bedrooms as detailed below:

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom (king bed, separate sleeper sofa with a full size mattress, private en-suite bathroom, and balcony access),

Bedroom 2: Guest king suite (King bed, shared access to a Jack and Jill style bathroom with a tub/shower that is also shared with the adjacent bunk bedroom. This bathroom can be locked out to make it a private bathroom for just the guest king suite.)

Bedroom 3: Bunk bedroom (4 full size bunk beds - This bedroom shares the Jack and Jill bathroom which is accessible via the hallway.)

Bedroom 4: Guest king suite (King bed - This bedroom shares a second hallway bathroom. Note; this bedroom does not have private access to the bathroom. You will need to exit the bedroom in order to get to the bathroom.)


Third Floor:

The third floor features a large game room equipped with arcade games, a pool table, foosball table, a small kitchenette, large covered balcony with views of the Gulf/beach, large table, and bar stools.

A second bunk room with 4 full size bunk beds is located just off of the game room. The bunk bedroom shares a full size bathroom with a walk in shower located to the right of the kitchenette.


Pool Area/Outdoor Area


One of the greatest features this home offers is the expansive outdoor area and large resort style pool.

An outdoor cooking area/grill station featuring a natural gas grill is located next to the pool under a covered awning. This area is great for summer cooking and outdoor entertaining!

Off the back of the outdoor patio area is a gate leading to a crosswalk. Just 50 steps across the scenic roadway and you will be at the local beach access. This beach is public so space cannot be guaranteed.




Location

This enviable, strategic location in the heart of Crystal Beach offers optimal accessibility to great restaurants, local entertainment, boutique & outlet mall shopping as well as premium golf courses, and close proximity to the Destin Commons as well as Whole Foods and other premium retailers. The home is located in the West subdivision of Destiny. This neighborhood is home to many families and is also a rental community.

Restrictions

Please bear in mind there are restrictions in place as noted below. These rules are strictly enforced and any violation of these rules will result in eviction from the property, loss of rental revenue, and any fines associated with the violation.


Parking - There is allotted parking for no more than four cars at the house. Please note that if you have a large pickup truck 2500 or larger, this will take up additional room. If you arrive with 4 Suburban size vehicles and cannot fit them in the driveway, you will be required to find off-property parking for your vehicle.

You CANNOT bring an RV, boat, personal watercraft, motorcycle, ATV, party bus, trailer, or large utility style van. Please note, we cannot guarantee additional parking so please plan accordingly.

Sorry, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed.

No monthly rental discounts.

Minimum renter age is 25 years old - No exceptions.

No Smoking in the home, on the balconies, around the pool area, in the walkways, or in the common areas. This includes the use of medicinal narcotics. If you are in violation, you will be evicted.

No food or drinks allowed in bedrooms. You are responsible for stains to the linen and towels.

Guests must sign the rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach per the City of Destin.

Note – This property may have date restrictions that apply. All reservations submitted online are a request until receiving an email confirmation from SoWal Luxury Properties.

This is a family oriented neighborhood, not a party home. Any vulgar language, excessively loud music, large parties, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. If we receive any complaints of excessive noise, disturbances, parties, any violation of the HOA rules, or learn of law enforcement being called to the residence, you will be evicted from the home and will forfeit all deposits associated with your reservation.
