Welcome to Life is Good! This spacious beach home is located in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Destin Pointe, near the Destin Harbor. Guests have access to the resort style neighborhood pool, tennis courts, and the beautiful white sand beaches on Holiday Isle. With accommodations for up to 12 guests, you and your family will have plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay in Destin!

About The Home
This home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and has a max occupancy up to 12 guests.

The main level of this home is located on the second floor which can only be accessed via stairs. Located on the main level is the living room, kitchen, and dining area with seating for up to 6 people.

The master bedroom with private en-suite bathroom is located at the back of the second level just off the kitchen.

On the 3rd floor of the home, there are 3 separate bedrooms. The first bedroom is a guest suite with a queen size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a bunk room with 4 twin size bunk beds. The third bedroom is a shared space with a king bed and a queen bed. This room is ideal for guests who are comfortable sharing a room.

The bunk room and the shared bedroom have access to a jack and jill bathroom.

As a special bonus, the ground level of the home can be utilized as a fully functional living unit without having to climb the stairs to reach the main level of the home. The ground level living quarters is equipped with a queen bed, a full kitchenette, a sofa, and a small dining table for 2 people.

About the Area

Destin Pointe is centrally located on Holiday Isle, where guests are treated to gorgeous sunsets, quiet neighborhoods, and easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin Harbor. A private shuttle is available to deliver you and your guests to the beach and back. Not to mention, a water taxi is available to transport guests to one of the dozen restaurants on the Harbor. One of the many great features of Destin Pointe is that guests can access the private neighborhood tennis courts, the large resort style pool, and the private beach access throughout their stay. This makes for a truly unique experience right on the Destin Harbor.
If you are up for exploring the area further, be sure to check out the Harbor Walk Village, Crab Island, and one of the many fishing charters!
