Located on Tivoli Way in Sandestin, the entire family will be delighted by this luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2nd floor condominium. With its prime location, you will never run out of things to do and sights to see. Guests will appreciate the privacy and convenience of this stunning beach retreat. Another great benefit to this respite retreat is the location to the white sand beaches. Just under 0.05 miles away is nearest private beach access. The community pool is easily within walking distance via the paved parking path directly behind the condo.
Another unique aspect of staying in Sandestin is the ability to enjoy and explore the property without ever having to leave the property. The beach, numerous community pools, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are all accessible via bicycle, golf cart, or by car.

House Layout

First Floor:
Just off the entrance to the home is the first guest king suite. This bedroom is outfitted with luxury hotel style linens and features 10’ ceilings with crown molding, a large walk-in closet, and an LED TV. Further down the hallway is the living room, which features a large sectional sofa, coffee table, beach theme décor, and a large flat screen LED TV. The kitchen is directly off the living area and features stainless steel appliances, a large island bar area with several barstools, and a galley style kitchen.
To the left of the living room is the master bedroom and master bathroom. The master bedroom features a king bed with luxurious hotel style linens, beach décor, high ceilings, crown molding, and a large closet. The en-suite master bathroom is eloquently appointed, features a large soaking tub, a large walk in shower, and dual vanity sinks.
On the opposite side of the condo, is a second guest king suite featuring a king bed with luxurious hotel style linens, plush pillows, a large walk in closet, and 10’ ceilings. A Jack and Jill bathroom is also accessible from this guest king suite.
The laundry room nook with a full size washer and dryer is in a nook behind the kitchen.


Second Floor Loft Area:
Four full size bunks are located in the second floor loft area, which is accessible via a spiral staircase.

Sandestin Resort is a 2400-acre resort like no other in Florida, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side of the resort fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. • No animals and or pets allowed. We have cameras, you will be denied entry if you arrive with an animal or pet.
